How to improve the penetration, washing & cooling effect of coolant liquid very effective?

*Tornado turbulence produces the fine bubbles (Micro & Nano bubbles), when the fine bubbles burst open, the heat of vaporation will be deprived, the temp. of work will be controlled under low temp, and prevents the deformation of work.

*By the capillary tube phenomenon & Coanda effect, the friction between the tool and work is reduced. The coolant liquid would penetrate & improve the chilling effect in the edge of tools and small holes of the work.

*By the second vibration of cavitation, the flushing of edged tool and preventing of the clog of grindstone will be much improved.

*Fine bubbles offer much oxygen to the coolant tank, they kill the bacteria which produce hydrogen sulfide to stop bad smell odor, and make coolant longer service life.

*The soft water soluble coolant is preferred.
